Springfield Armory just unveiled the all-new Hellcat pistol for concealed carry. This is one we’ve been waiting to show you for quite some time, because it immediately goes into the “best concealed carry weapon” conversation.

What makes this an exciting release? Firstly, the Hellcat is billed as the “smallest, highest capacity polymer 9mm ever”; so there’s that. It offers 11+1 capacity with a flush-fit magazine, while those who opt for an extended magazine get 13+1 capacity.

Springfield Armory Hellcat Test

Our very own Mike Detty got his hands on the Hellcat for exclusive testing, which left him more than impressed.

“Size, weight and caliber are often involved in the self-negotiation process for handgun selection. Owners want something that is comfortable for all day wear, possesses the reliability and accuracy needed for defense, and is readily concealable,” Detty said in his Springfield Hellcat review for BallisticMag.com. “Far too often we either leave our carry gun at home or downsize to an ineffective calibered, mini-gun. Springfield Armory’s new Hellcat is one gun that should meet everyone’s CCW needs without sacrifice.”

Watch our exclusive test and review in the video above and learn more about the Hellcat’s size and performance. For more information, please visit Springfield-Armory.com.
